Former Kirchner accountant Victor Manzanares tells of trips from Rio Gallegos with US$2 million is suitcases, destined for Nestor Kirchner's parents, on at least five occasions.

Just give us the proof, damnit!

I never saw that side of Nestor. What filial devotion! Having modest amounts of USD delivered to his parents, to sustain them in their old age. What a guy, eh?

Must admit these stories continue to baffle me. There's been umpteen of them going around for years yet nothing happens!!

I can well believe them all but if true just what the hell is going on? If similar news broke in the UK it would be sensational yet here it's no big deal.....which worries me.

Witnesses, videos, books, pictures... what else is needed?

Maybe I am in the wrong line of business altogether!

Does this have something to do with judges being uneasy about trying a case like this when there is a better than average chance that Cristina could be back in power 6 months from now, and would quickly end their brilliant careers?

    This is an eye opener.

US$130,000,000? I thought it was more than that :scratchead:

Corruption is the worst of the worst .....we don't talk about someone bribing a police officer for speeding 5 km over limit......

The amounts that get lost in the hole process of it is immense....

F.ex: a contractor like Baez, did not just over price a bit, no, he multiplied the real cost by many times....and left many of the projects to 90% undone. The amounts that have been skimmed is scary.......I don't wanna post the numbers because it would look like trolling........ anyway by googling u see which similar presidents and leaders are side on side......and many of them are dead!!!! 8|

I remember a small funny story from back before the kkukas times......the municipalities all around Argentina wondered why so much concrete was needed for construction public facilities....

    And guess why hahahaha......

On the way to the school or hospital construction, the camión did a small layover, and came empty back and got refilled again and again and again.....

People bought the concrete for their house foundations directly from the huge hormigoneras......drivers taking cash....

    Hahahaha so funny

    Rice .....

    Of course.....

You don't believe something like that happens here????

    It's to funny....

In a small shop I worked in Almagro, the people that cleans the street always came to sells the garbage bags to the shops......that they of course pick up free in the deposit....

    Same just in smaller scale....

James Neilson at the BA Times nails it -again.

Politicians are part of the problem

For what presumably are tribal reasons, plenty of people regularly vote for individuals they know to be incompetents, demagogues or outright scoundrels.

And he doesn't even mention the fact that most of them, including judges, do not pay income tax and are immune to certain kind of prosecution.

What a fucking example they set to the nation.

    "A salary is not income."

    Pardon me?

Indeed. Especially when half the population have their head up their arse.

.....4 years later, and still more alive n kicking as ever.....I was sure when mm win, it would be weeks maximum a few months till she go behind bars.......nada ever happened......I by the day think she and mr.m have made an understanding.....

What worries me, on behalf of the people, are the ones that confessed and the ones in witness protection programs........"now your are MR. Thomson......when I nod my head and step on your foot you say YES"

    HAHAHAHA....

Coming from civilization, I would always cooperate with the state and tell the truth......but here....forget it..... wouldn't risk my family's life for that!!!!

They r gonna have a seeeeeeriously hard time from December on!

"Pssssst, I think he is talking to you...."

    Hahahaha

They didn't piss about in Brazil, but even so, it all seems fixed and she's usually one step ahead of the game.

I don’t think she and Macri had a deal; rather I think he didn’t want to make a martyr of her.

I never wondered what it will happen with the whistleblowers once the Queen is back.

I am quite surprised by her low profile in the last months. She used to monopolize the news.

Let's hope she'll have some wounds to lick in the not so distant future. Figuratively of course.
