This is the sad reality of Trump. During his presidency, instead of dealing with real political matters, he chose to agitate the left. I'm thinking is he a stooge for the left in the GOP or just a maniacal egotist who thinks everyone should listen to him
I'm sure any decent GOP would want the party to steer clear of this unhinged buffoon
1) Maniacal egotist, yes, but the twin driving forces were monetizing his time in power to build his fortune and manipulating the reins of govt to amass the kind of power held by his idol, Vladimir Putin. Love of country never entered the picture.
2) The GOP decided their best chance of maintaining and strengthening their hold was to stay with trump, regardless of ethics. There effectively is no GOP now, only the trump cult.
3) Note that the threat was tweeted by trump just 24 hours after the judge magistrate warned him that attempting to intimidate witnesses or influence the jury pool was a crime, and that committing a crime would cause him to have to be detained (jailed) until the trial.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Takes my breath away to see the sheer number of people that he oversold with lavish praise when they were his choices, then publicly excoriated, humiliated, and discarded when the inevitable rift came.
And this is just the behavior in his NON-criminal activities.
I'm sure there are smart Americans, but his supporters makes all Americans look dumb in the eyes of the world
Three of trump’s former lawyers and his Chief of Staff are now cooperating with prosecutors in the Georgia case accusing him of election interference. His former personal lawyer and “fixer” is testifying in court in the New York case accusing him of falsifying financial information and defrauding the New York taxpayers.
Stay tuned.
I find it fascinating that the US can't somehow make it possible to stop people who have criminal records, running for POTUS. And what makes it more fascinating, is that he could pardon himself
We aren’t sure that he can pardon himself. Never dreaming that the country would ever have a criminal president, the Founding Fathers made no Constitutional provisions for situations such as self-pardons or governing from a prison cell.

I'm sure some talented cartoonist could come up with Frump governing from his prison cell.

He will not be able to pardon himself if he is convicted in Georgia. That states case is also the strongest.
… and the court date may be set earlier than the others.

I found this too terrifying to read in its entirety.
I have confidence in its accuracy of reporting, since it’s from the BBC and not merely the Washington Post or New York Times.
I felt that I'd entered into a nightmare when I started reading it.
My reaction exactly. The stakes are so high - - completely catastrophic. And yet so many refuse to recognize the imminent danger.
Does this look familiar?
If life were only like the movies, where Justice is reliably done - -
The clown is still wanting more publicity
Why does he want immunity if he's not guilty?
He nauseates me utterly.
Human Garbage
