He said that he wanted the American people to have more of a stimulus check and he would work hard to get it for them. I don't think that playing golf is exactly working hard, but I guess that is my point of view

Off topic, but to the surprise of no one, he cheats at golf as well. And has claimed to have won tournaments that do not exist.

That isn't a surprise.
He is still trying to blame China for the spread of the virus. Anyone with any common sense knows that viruses can be spread by anyone, Including Trump himself. The US is in a trade war with China

That article in The Guardian gets right to the heart of the incalculable damage. It was painful to read.

The Post's flip-flop
At the end of October Rupert Murdoch's NY tabloid endorsed Trump for a second term. On Monday it called on him to "STOP THE INSANITY" in an all-caps front page plea.

When does the wonderful Biden get sworn in? As a non American this is all becoming a tad boring if I may say so.
-

I’m sure it is boring, UK Man . That’s why this topic is constrained to the threads that people not interested in them know not to bother opening.
I think “The Wonderful Biden” is quite a stretch. What the people who just voted an autocrat out of office hope for is more “The normal human, president-elect Biden.”
Imagine if the Kitchener strain were voted out, in favor of a president who wasn’t in it for the unlimited possibilities for corruption. Wouldn’t that be a breath of fresh air?

Did I see that Mitch barred the senate vote on the stimulus check? I thought that Trump was bad, but it seems that the GOP is rotten to core

BBC News - US election: Trump tells Georgia election official to 'find' votes to overturn Biden win

The astounding brazenness of his mafia-style threats (what next? Horse head at the foot of the bed?) makes it clear that he will go to any lengths, no matter how illegal, to keep from having to face the Justice awaiting him once he no longer has the immunity provided by the presidency.
I would be intrigued and aghast about this situation in any first-world country, no matter where it happened. Those who are bored with the ongoing shitshow in the US should pay better attention, because the same can happen in your own home countries.

I'll be amazed if anyone votes Republican in the next senator election on the 6th
-

Unfortunately, there’s a better chance that the Republicans will win than that they will lose. But we cross our fingers and hope people will put their country ahead of party affiliation this time.
No one can say we weren’t warned.

Mass resignations from the WH following yesterday's events on Capitol Hill.
-

Resignations from people holding unimportant positions, trying to erase the trump stain from their names. Too late.
Who will forget Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney’s pronouncement that COVID was all “a Democratic hoax, to get power away from the president?” Yet now, when he has a only a part-time play job, he has seen the light? BFD.

More likely its because they don't want to invoke the 25th A
The way he was speaking on that video saying that the rioters shouldn't have done that, was like he was not really meaning it at all
His Twitter account has been suspended for good by the looks of things
https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump
Actually, he did MAGA
