How I would love to see all of them! The reason they aren’t overrun, of course, is that most are difficult and/or expensive to reach. The information from the 2012 book has been updated (though the update didn’t include the recent relocation of Tokyo’s famous Tsukiji fish market to Toyosu, for anyone who collects fish markets -) to be current.
Has anyone been to Brasil’s Pantanal wetlands, the beaches of Mauritius or Sri Lanka’s southern coast? All sound like dream destinations to me.
