I've replaced the case fans with some nice RGB ones which I can highly recommend - PC Cooler.

Time for a spring clean.

Our roof leaked during the thunderstorm on Monday and a significant amount of water went into my PC, which was plugged in but not running. the first thing I did was disconnect obviously, remove the cmos battery, completely strip it down to each component part and place the motherboard, GPU and PSU in front of a fan, where they've been since yesterday. I've also been using Isopropyl spray and will resist the temptation to hook it up on the test bench until Thursday. The longer the better really, even though it is nerve wracking and the thought of replacement parts gives me the shivers.

I plan a YouTube video too, even though I don't know the outcome yet.

i.e. when I rig it all up on a test bench for testing prior to rebuilding it, or not, as the case may be.
