Yes, the article mentions the Scottish Wild Cat and says that it is hardly distinguishable from a home cat.

If somebody told you they saw a big cat in the United Kingdom, and it was not in a zoo, you’d think they had an extra pint or two. Turns out there are actually big wild cats in the UK. Where do the come from?

This has been going on for many a year. It's no surprise as many big cat owners (pumas mostly I believe) either keep quiet when they escape because they shouldn't have had them in the first place.or just let them go free if they no longer want them.

Very intriguing thought. Maybe if NASA developed very high powered super capacitor, maybe they could launch rocket even cheaper than Elon Musk is doing with Space X

Will one dentist send X-rays to another, to prevent the patient’s being subjected to more radiation than necessary? A modest goal is not glowing in the dark.

I agree. These are one-to-one deals with the manufacturers, and not the industry as a whole.
I remember reading that the government offers the 'deal' to several supermarkets, and they can decide or not if to sell at the proposed price.

Precios Cuidados was introduced by Guillermo "El Pistolero" Moreno back in 2013 and in fact included over 500 products, not 64, unless I'm reading that wrong.
