Children of Civil War Refugees are already entitled to one - the case of my Mother in Law . The law was changed, maybe about 15 years ago, to allow their children to get one - the case of Mrs GJ.
In theory that's where it stops .
But just after GJ Jr was born, a Spanish mate told me to apply for the boy as he understood that the pen pushers were overworked and as long as the application looked OK, it would get through.
It did, although strictly speaking it shouldn't have.
