I couldn’t open all 100, but the ones I saw tell me that people are complying. That is very good. Let’s hope compliance will still be high a month from now.

Surreal in its peaceful effect.

Similar landscapes can be found in the highlands of the Sierra Cordobesa thread, especially in the Provincial route number 25 from Carlos Paz to Salsacate, near Los Gigantes, a mountain of 7500 feet high. Also in the route from Ascochinga to La Cumbre.
This is especially quoted in defense of the landscapes of Cordoba, in my point of view mistreated by the visitor, perhaps because of not knowing the good things that you can find in that province.

We were lucky enough to have had Carlos and Ambra as our guides, so we had the benefit of their knowledge of architecture and history, as well as their lifetime of familiarity with the entire province.
Carlos , if you can personally serve as guide to each forum member, you’ll have us all so converted that we will all move to Córdoba! -

This may be familiar to most at the moment.

My great grandparents with 10 of their 12 children.
One hadn't been born and the other died with only 18 months.
My grandfather is in the back row , second from the right.
Not sure of the exact date but around 1905.

GlasgowJohn , about how old was your grandfather when the photograph was made? What was his eventual occupation, and that of your great grandfather?
That photo is a real gem. Where did they live? Did their children settle down very close to home? -

Great picture GJ.
I think my sister has all the old pictures from both sides of the family. My mothers side were from the Coatbridge area and my fathers side from old Pollokshaws before it became part of Glasgow.
My missus has lots of pictures of her Spanish and Italian ancestry in Argentina which are very interesting.
