It could work. But, not having a VPN, it’s more bother than it’s worth.
My interest in the Times right now is to have unlimited reliable coverage of the lead up to the US elections. On the other hand, maybe being better informed would be too depressing.

That’s very true. An informed electorate really is essential for a working democracy. But constant reminders of our depressing 2020 realities wear me out.
One’s choice of news sources is vital, and The NY Times is the most accurate and respected in the US. But I do find that the long distance lens of the BBC and The Times/ The Sunday Times also provides much-needed perspective.
I’m thinking I need to re-subscribe to the NYT. I’d just enjoy paying the Argentina price instead of the US price. But, then, the same goes for the relative prices of wine! -
