Last night we took Adri's lad (he's 21) to the airport for his first major trip away with his mates and I've never seen Ezeiza so crowded. The Iberia queue for check-in stretched almost the entire length of the plaza. Mind you, it's school holidays so that's probably why.
Anyway, when we got home at about nine last night, he sent a message saying that the plane had to abort take-off and needed a repair (unknown reason) and fortunately they were able to fix it and they took off two hours later at 2330.
Not a pleasant experience when your nerves are already a little stretched.
FlightRadar24 is handy (app available in iTunes and Google Play) if you want to track a flight and we were relieved to see that he eventually made it towards Brazil.
